MetroShip

We will be offering two immediate models:
1) 30 foot (with 8 foot width and 7 foot height)
2) 40 foot (with 12 foot width and 7 foot height)

Custom sizes are available, but shipping and trailering cross country becomes costly (though we can flat pack the kit and fly out people to build it).

The final version is special. Every boat has the best of the best for the kitchen and bathroom. We've created a central block that divides the living / dining area from the master bedroom / bathroom area.

We're including top of the line Gaggenau appliances, imported Italian vanity units and the rest is up to you. We've long believed the MetroShip should be more of a luxury condo than an RV of The Sea!

We have pre-determined the areas for kitchen and bathroom, but other than that it is up to you to bring in your own creativity, just as you would with a condo.

We have state of the art heat and AC units and the construction of the boat features 3" of insulation and premium 3/4" polydeck flooring that can never rot - unlike traditional marine plywood. The entire boat is as maintenance free as it can be - using a lot of light weight super strong insulated fiberglass panels. The boats sit on super strong aluminum pontoons (much care has gone into the structural integrity and we have increased the thickness of the pontoons and the cross members that create the floating sub-structure).

Pricing will start from just $79,000 for a trailerable fully movable houseboat and then level off at about $159,000 (dependant on options) for the 12 foot wide 40 foot MetroShip.

The boats can be in kit form or delivered assembled.

Manufacturing is a two part process. Our pontoons are manufactured in Canada and the entire boat is assembled in Central Florida.

We can 'ship' anywhere in the world. Lead times currently run about 8-12 weeks.

The MetroShip is white inside and out with Aluminum framed glass and doors. All engine power is additional. We recommend a 90HP outboard for easy boating - the MetroShip is built for comfortable living, not speed!

The first MetroShips will be 40ftx12ft and 30ftx8ft, making it easy to move between marinas, lakes, oceans and ports. Available with rooftop hot tub and seating.
